## 2. Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for Autonomous Delivery
1. **Task Dispatching:** Tasks must be dispatched with an unambiguous acceptance contract (expected artifact path, verification test command).
2. **Independent Verification Gate:** No developer (Brian/Teddy) may self-certify their own work. All code must pass independent automated review by **Vera (QA)** and architectural review by **Albert (Security)**.
3. **Escalation Protocol:** Any task blocked for > 30 minutes must trigger an automated escalation event in the Kanban triage pipeline.
